Our camp stands out as the only one in the area that seamlessly blends learning and play, offering specialized support for children with disabilities.     • Cost: $350 per week
      • Funding assistance may be available through DODD, OhioRise, and Buckeye Ranch. Parents must apply early to secure support.
      • $75 registration fee per child (applied to the first week’s payment upon registration. This fee is non-refundable).
      • Discounts available:
        • 10% off for returning campers
        • 5% off for early registration by 04/18/2025 (discounts cannot be combined)
      • All campers will receive a free swag bag and t-shirt.

Campers should bring a lunch packed with an ice pack, a water bottle, sunscreen, snacks, bug spray, or any other essential item for your child care.

Yes, medication can be administered with a completed doctor-provided form. Forms are available upon request.

Registration can be completed online. The $75 registration fee is required at sign-up and will be credited toward the first week. This is a non-refundable fee.

Cost Factors and Funding
● Registration Fees: In addition to weekly fees, there is a one-time registration fee of
$75.00 due at the time of registration. The registration fee will be refunded only if your
child is not accepted to the summer camp experience.
● Bi-weekly payments: Payments of $800.00 must be made (credit card, check, cash,
JPSN scholarship, AU scholarship, or assistance vouchers) every two weeks. Campers
may choose which block/s to attend (see block dates below). Each block will offer
unique opportunities, such that a child may attend all 4 blocks without repetition of
activities. The child may attend for one, two, three, or all four blocks. There are no
refunds for missed days.
o Block 1: June 8-19 (payment of $800 due by May 31, 2026)
o Block 2: June 22-July 2 (payment of $800 due by June 18, 2026)
o Block 3: July 6-17 (payment of $800 due by July 2, 2026)
o Block 4: July 20-31 (payment of $800 due by July 16, 2026)
o All 4 blocks: June 8-July 31 (discounted rate of $775 per block; due on May 31,
June 18, July 2, July 16)
o Pay upfront for all 4 blocks at a discounted rate of $3000.00

If you cannot make a payment for any reason, the child is not invited to attend camp during the subsequent two-week period.
● One-on-One Aides: If a child requires one-on-one supervision, and the parent is unable
to secure a one-on-one aide, MINDscapes may provide an aide for an additional charge
of $450 per week.
● Funding Assistance: We accept Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD)
waivers, OhioRise vouchers, or JPSN/AU Ohio scholarships for those who qualify. Why
not try a “Go Fund Me” account for friends and family to help cover the cost of your
child’s camp!

● Siblings and Returning Campers: Siblings and Returning campers are invited to attend at
a reduced rate ($760 per block). 
It is highly recommended to apply for funding early to reduce out-of-pocket costs.
